At Campus X, we’re big believers in the power of community and we’re happy to be home to 50+ leading companies, who operate in diverse sectors at a different stage of development and have their unique needs and goals. Yet, all of them share common values and help each other on the way to global success. Here’s a sneak peek into a few great companies from our tight-knit community:
The publicly-traded global company Wipro delivers innovation-led strategy, technology, and business consulting services. They decided to set up their first-ever R&D office in Bulgaria at Campus X, after a strict due diligence process with a strong focus on security and IT infrastructure compliance.
“When setting up Wipro’s first hub in Sofia, we evaluated 3-4 serviced offices and chose Campus X for their customer-centric approach. The team spent time to clearly understand our needs and went out of their way to deliver everything within budget and on a tight deadline. The building is well designed and offers a great location, infrastructure, and flexibility, ensuring a great start for us. In my experience, Campus X is one of the best-serviced offices worldwide,”comments Ramesh Phillips, Head-Operations Support-UK/Europe.
The revolutionary Dutch mobile bank bunq wanted to transfer their unique culture to Bulgaria. They were looking to join a vibrant community of like-minded professionals and get a private office tailored to their needs, where everything works seamlessly. bunq found the best of both worlds at Campus X.
“Campus X really gave us the flexibility we were looking for in terms of more than an office space but also a powerful community and end-to-end services that enabled us to not only set up our first international office but also grow and scale-up fast,” shares Kristiana Hadjlarska, HR & Recruitment Officer at bunq.

Since then, we have experienced great market demand serving more than 1,000 users in 14 countries and quickly converting customers from existing alternatives,” says Payhawk’s Co-founder and CEO Hristo Borisov.
The fast-growing coworking software platform OfficeRnD received $3M in funding (led by investors, including one of the biggest Bulgarian VC funds LAUNCHub Ventures, which is based at Campus X), grew their team twice, while sourcing Master Junior Tech Talent from the leading tech-ed organization Telerik Academy (also based at Campus X and a member of our community), and became “Startup of the year” in 2019.
“Since we founded OfficeRnD, we've been through many workspaces, not to mention the hundreds we visited while developing our platform. Campus X is not just one of the best in our region but probably around the globe. It offers high-quality office space, access to a great community full of mentors and talent, and an outstanding team that is taking care of all office matters for us. It really is a good spot for high-growth tech startups,”comments Miroslav Miroslavov, CEO at OfficeRnD.
