A Trunk Full of Caps, and a Future Full of Hope

This Sunday, a full trunk of plastic bottle caps left Campus X.
Packed by our colleague Sergey Bilyarski, the load was delivered to the Caps for the Future campaign - a grassroots initiative by the Lazar Radkov Foundation that turns small everyday actions into life-saving impact.
“Капачки за Бъдеще” may look like a simple recycling project. In truth, it’s a nationwide movement that has already helped equip neonatal and pediatric wards with vital equipment - from incubators to ambulances. It’s also a powerful reminder that environmental responsibility and social care often go hand in hand.
And it starts with one person picking up a cap.
One team deciding to save them.
One community filling a car.
That’s what happened here at Campus X.
As Sergey handed over the bag on October 19, it wasn’t just a delivery. It was a symbol of three things we believe in:
• Community - people who act together toward shared good
• Proactivity - taking action, not just talking about it
• Responsibility - to children, to nature, to the future
If you want to see what these values look like on the big screen, we invite you to watch Lazar Radkov’s new documentary Velikani - a powerful portrait of what purpose can build, and how far a plastic cap can go.
Here’s to small gestures that carry big meaning.
And to communities that make the future real - one trunk full of hope at a time.
