Kostadin Zashev, a certified fitness nutrition specialist, will share plenty of useful information about diets and how they affect your health. He will teach you how to recognize efficient dietary regimes and which of them are based on scientific studies with proved weight loss. During the practical part of the presentation, Kostadin will demonstrate how you can create your own dietary regime in order to stay energized and improve your health.

About the Speaker
Kostadin Zashev is an engineer with a PhD in Nuclear Engineering, yet fitness has long been his passion. He is certified by the National Academy of Sport Medicine and holds certificates for Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist(US). During his 11 years of experience as a personal trainer he accumulated more than 17 000 training sessions with clients(average dieters). His approach is based on methods with scientifically proven effectiveness for health and quality of life. Following his passion, Kostadin co-founded CorpFit which aims to improve employees’ health in the long term by applying sustainable approaches.
