Join this event and you will learn how to create the best diet for your goal in several simple steps. Kostadin Zashev, a fitness nutrition specialist, will give the answers to plenty of important questions such as “why proteins are the most important nutrients in a diet”, “what is their relationship with metabolism and weight loss”, “how much dietary fats you should consume” and “which fats are the worst for your health and should be avoided”.

About the Speaker

Kostadin Zashev is an engineer with a PhD in Nuclear Engineering, yet fitness has long been his passion. He is certified by the National Academy of Sport Medicine and holds certificates for Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist(US). During his 11 years of experience as a personal trainer he accumulated more than 17 000 training sessions with clients. His approach is based on methods with scientifically proven effectiveness for health and quality of life. Following his passion, Kostadin co-founded CorpFit which aims to improve employees’ health in the long term by applying sustainable approaches.
