Sitting chained to your desk for hours without changing posture leads to lower back pain and musculoskeletal disorders, and gives you a hunched back which makes you appear shorter and less confident.

Joint this event to learn how to prevent creating bad posture and correct muscle imbalances. Kostadin Zashev, a certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist, will share a plenty of tips & tricks for fixing bad posture and making your workplace more comfortable. You will learn how to easily improve your working habits and prevent posture issues.

About the Speaker

Kostadin Zashev is an engineer with a PhD in Nuclear Engineering, yet fitness has long been his passion. He is certified by the National Academy of Sport Medicine and holds certificates for Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist(US). During his 11 years of experience as a personal trainer he accumulated more than 17 000 training sessions with clients. His approach is based on methods with scientifically proven effectiveness for health and quality of life. Following his passion, Kostadin co-founded CorpFit which aims to improve employees’ health in the long term by applying sustainable approaches.
