Business Development Specialist

We are a small and very dedicated team, and we are currently looking for a motivated and dynamic professional to help us build upon the community growth by building relationships with partners and contributing to the overall success of Campus X. For this role, you must be passionate about sales, networking, hospitality, and startups with a desire to provide organisations with the perfect environment to flourish and reach their aspirations.
What you will be doing:

Conduct tours of Campus X, highlighting features and benefits to prospective members. Answer inquiries and provide personalized solutions based on client needs.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market demands to provide relevant insights and propose adaptations to sales and marketing strategies.

Identify and pursue new leads through networking and event participation, while also managing inbound requests and outbound opportunities. In addition to our core services, explore and identify additional products and services that can be integrated into Campus X's offerings.

Work closely with the Marketing team to develop sales materials, campaigns, and promotions that resonate with target audiences.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to foster trust and drive member acquisition.

What will make you successful in this role:

3+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, PR or a related role.

Previous experience in hospitality, working for startups, or related is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion.

A strong passion for and understanding of entrepreneurial communities.

Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.

High-level ethics, empathy, and dependability.

Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bulgarian.
