Junior Administration & Operations Specialist – Campus X, Telerik Academy, Telerik Academy School

At Campus X, Telerik Academy, and Telerik Academy School, we are looking for a motivated and diligent person to join us as a Junior Administration & Operations Specialist.  

In this role, you would support various administrative, accounting and operative activities within the three companies. You will collaborate with various teams (Talent, Sales, Marketing, PM) to deliver high-quality results.

What you will be doing:

  • Act as the first point of contact for partners, vendors, and Campus X members (via e-mail or ticket system);  

  • Support the invoicing processes of the three companies by issuing and sending invoices, adding new users in related systems (OfficeRnD platform and Microsoft Dynamics NAV), etc.; 

  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders, e.g. regarding annual medical checks and additional health insurance;  

  • Aid our legal work processes and learn how to prepare agreements, annexes and appendices 

  • Proactively think of the ongoing improvement of our existing processes, and what new ones would optimize the workflow.

What will make you successful in this role:

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative work and communicating with multiple stakeholders; 

  • High customer orientation; 

  • Ability to run parallel tasks effectively, having work ownership and problem-solving mindset; 

  • Being thorough, precise, and caring about the quality of your work; 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bulgarian, and a very good command of English;  

  • Great advantage:

    • Background in a shared service center, banking, HR administration or other relevant experience in a fast-paced business environment.
