Junior IT Support Officer - Campus X and Telerik Academy 

We are looking for a hands-on Junior IT Support Officer to join us at Campus X and Telerik Academy. If you enjoy working with people and solving their IT-related problems, our team is somewhere you can flourish.   

 

In this role, you would represent our values and integrity, so you must be passionate about maintaining impeccable client-facing communication. You would help your team mates and the Campus X members remain productive by supporting them with any IT challenges they face, monitoring and troubleshooting critical IT systems, as well as ensuring that various events, classes and workshops run flawless in terms of A/V setup.

  • An eager learner, willing to expand their knowledge about network and IT infrastructure. 

 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Monitor the Campus X support system and respond to various customer IT requests;  

  • Tackle all kinds of IT-related challenges that Campus X members and the Telerik Academy team face; 

  • Manage users and resources in various internal SaaS systems such as Microsoft 365, Cisco Meraki, JumpCloud, OfficeRnD, LastPass, SaltoKS, Slack etc.;  

  • Troubleshoot and support an enterprise-grade Cisco Meraki network infrastructure;  

  • Maintain several Hyper-V hosts and virtual machines; 

  • Take care of the printing infrastructure; 

  • Provide audio/video support for Campus X events and Telerik Academy classes. 

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a Tech Support role; 

  • Excellent verbal and written English; 

  • Fluency in IT fundamentals, such as: networking basics, operating system installation and support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, printers, etc.; 

  • Great advantage: 

    • Experience supporting both Windows and macOS desktop environments;  ​

    • Knowledge of or experience with services like Microsoft 365, Azure, Cisco Meraki, SafeQ,  Jumpcloud, Spiceworks, OfficeRnD, SaltoKS;  

    • IT certifications – Microsoft, Cisco, etc. 

    • Audio/Video equipment support background.
